Hide the EVOO: The "Rachael Ray of India" is on his way to DC. Sanjeev Kapoor, TV host and cookbook author, is one of India's top celebrity chefs and it just so happens he just wrote a cookbook aiming to teach Americans the art of Indian cuisine. He'll be at Indique Heights in Chevy Chase on April 1 for a book talk in which guests will sample cocktails and dishes from the book. Tickets are $79 per person or $145 a couple, and include copies of the book. [EaterWire]
