Last week we heard that DC Brau had finally started brewing, but those hoping for a tour and tasting at the District's first brewery since 1956 will have to wait a little longer. The Washington Post reports that bureaucracy in the D.C. Council prevented the timely passage of a measure that would allow production breweries to host tastings. Instead they'll host a public hearing on the bill first, possibly in early April. [WaPo]
