All the world's a stage — or at least Rogue 24's kitchen aims to be one. New details out today about Chef RJ Cooper's upcoming project show that the concept goes beyond the 24-course tasting menu we all knew about and into the theatrical realm. A press release describes Rogue 24 as a "theater-in-the-round," explaining that the kitchen will be as open as it gets — smack dab in the center of the 52-seat dining room. The idea is to treat every table like a chef's table, encouraging interaction between diners and chefs.

But like any dinner-and-a-show night out, this one will cost you. They're looking at $150 for the 24-course tasting menu, while the 16-course menu will be $120. Both include drink pairings and will cost slightly less if you go the non-alcoholic route. If 24 and 16 courses sound like too much, a small side salon will offer a limited a la carte menu with cocktails from top mixologist Derek Brown. It's still set to open this spring, so get ready!
