Capitol Hill's Ba Bay debuts a new brunch menu starting tomorrow and it sounds delish. The modern Vietnamese restaurant is adding a few egg dishes to its usual lunch menu, including a sunny-side egg banh mi made with Maggi sauce. Also look for a few new cocktails on the list: a sriracha Bloody Mary, a sparkling cocktail with ginger liqueur...

Ba Bay will be open for brunch business from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday — hoping to entice in a few Eastern Market shoppers. In the meantime, you can drool over the eggy banh mi here.
