Farmers' Markets

In response to high demand, the Dupont Circle FreshFarm Market has announced that it will expand not only in location but also in operating hours. The Washington City Paper notes that starting April 3 the popular Sunday market will open one half-hour earlier at 8:30 a.m. in an area that's been expanded northward to Connecticut Avenue. And for those would-be composters out there, Compost Cab's pickup service will be there, too. [WCP]
