The news that Lou's City Bar has shifted its opening back from today to next Thursday prompted the Post's Going Out Gurus to check up on other buzz-worthy bars. It seems that mid-April will be the time to look for both an Adams Morgan whiskey bar and restaurant-lounge Blackbyrd Warehouse. The Atlas District's Toki Underground will be bringing ramen to the masses "sooner rather than later." [WaPo]
