The Loudoun Area Chefs Collaborative is hosting its fourth charity dinner this Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Tuscarora Mill. Host chef Patrick Dinh will join together once again with Chris Edwards (The Restaurant at Patowmack Farm), Aaron McCloud (Vintage Restaurant Group), Mark Marocco (Magnolias at the Mill) and Sue Porter (South Street Under) to prepare a five-course menu that includes wine pairings. Tickets are $150 and 100 percent of the proceeds go to the Loudoun Free Clinic. The three previous events in this series have raised up to $40,000, according to Edwards. For reservations, call Angela at 703-771-9300 ext. 17. [EaterWire]
