The countdown to Cochon 555 is T-5 days, but there's already a new meat-fest on the horizon: the American Lamb Jam. On May 22, the lamb-lovers among us will get an entire afternoon of lamb tastings, butchering demos, booze pairings and the opportunity for chefs to compete for lamb supremacy.
