A former Westend Bistro sous chef is taking over the kitchen at Eventide, according to Tom Sietsema. The Post critic tweeted this afternoon that Adam Barnett will be heading to the Arlington restaurant, having "earlier worked @ Liberty Tavern & the Inn @ Little Washington." Eventide lost both its executive chef and its chef de cuisine last month. [Twitter]
