Ping Pong Dim Sum has quietly begun serving a secret menu during its Yum Cha happy hour service — and we've got the scoop on what's in store for diners this month. The April cocktail is Lemon Curd, made with vanilla liquor, pineapple juice, lemon curd, lemon puree and butterscotch, while the steamed dumpling of the month is one filled with rockfish, carrot and asparagus. The secret menu is available daily from 4 to 7 p.m. and will totally change at the beginning of next month.
