RJ Cooper Previewing Rogue 24 At New York's LTO Pop-Up

Yesterday brought word that RJ Cooper's forthcoming Rogue 24 will open in June at the latest. But you don't have to wait that long to get a glimpse of the former Vidalia chef's new restaurant with a 16- and 24-course tasting menu — if you're willing to spring for train tickets. Cooper will be previewing Rogue 24 at New York's LTO pop-up space from April 27 to May 8, the first in a series of chefs from around the country participating in the Limited Time Only concept.

Pastry chef Chris Ford and mixologist Gina Chersevani will be joining Cooper in New York as they present both the tasting menus with an optional beverage pairing. As is in the works for Rogue, they'll also be offering an a la carte menu at the bar. A press release says that "dishes will include langoustine with chawan mushi, ginger and chorizo; hog jowl with southern textures and bourbon; pain perdu, bacon, onion and caramel; turbot with radishes, green garlic and roe; and wagyu brisket with potato pave and morels." Curious? Make your reservation and then book yourself a ticket to visit our neighbor up north.
