You can take Shake Shack out of New York, but can you take New York out of Shake Shack? Well, no. A spokesman confirms to the City Paper that the chain intends to bring New York purveyor Pat La Frieda's patties all the way down south for both the Dupont Circle and the Nationals Park locations, each set to open by June.
