Well, finally it's confirmed: Luke's Lobster is definitely coming to DC. The New York-based lobster roll restaurant signed a lease last night near the Verizon Center and spokesman Ben Conniff says they are expecting to open as soon as the end of this May. And this biz is going to be a family affair. Founder Luke Holden (a Georgetown grad) is teaming up with his DC-based brother Bryan on this location—and they'll be importing the meat for their lobster, crab and shrimp rolls directly from their father's seafood company in Maine.
