Though its barely been open a week, Tom Sietsema apparently couldn't wait to try out Cleveland Park's popular new restaurant Medium Rare. In this week's First Bites column, the critic reports back that the steak-frites joint allows patrons to ask for seconds — with "additional five-ounce servings of steak" built into food costs.
