Japanese Restaurants Join Together For Earthquake Relief

On April 18, chef Eric Ziebold and his team will welcome chefs from KAZ Sushi Bistro, Sushi Taro, Kushi, Matuba and Sei Sushi for a $250-a-head reception from which 100 percent of proceeds will go to support Relief International's efforts in Japan. Much in the spirit of the eBay auctions spearheaded by KAZ Sushi Bistro in the past few weeks, CityZen is making use of the chefs' talents via both a live auction and a silent auction.
