Nick Cho may not be able to evade the hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes he owes to both DC and Arlington County for his long-shuttered Murky Coffee, but he's gotten himself a fair amount of distance from them. The Washington Post writes that Cho sought permission to move to California in spite of his $190,000 debt for Murky's Capitol Hill location and more than $56,000 owed to Arlington County. He's hoping to pay it all off with the a shop out west: "I’m well aware that these are not things that go away." [WaPo]
