After a protracted search, the Washington City Paper's new Young & Hungry columnist, Chris Shott, started the gig this week. He returns to DC (and the paper where he worked once before) from the New York Observer. He tells his predecessor Tim Carman that this is "an exciting time to be in DC," but will he spend his first year telling us how lame we are as compared to New York? "What a lame question.
