Could last call at Duffy's Irish Pub soon be extended beyond 11:30 p.m. on weeknights? If the majority of the neighbors at this week's Alcohol Beverage Control Board hearing get their way, yes. The City Paper reports on a rare meeting where neighbors fight for their local bar rather than against it.
