Spike Mendelsohn is making an appearance on the Food Network's Mexican Made Easy this Saturday, and we've got your exclusive preview clip. The chef joins forces with host Marcela Valladolid to put a Mexican twist on the American foods he's known for at Good Stuff Eatery — so a Mexican coffee milkshake rather than his toasted marshmallow and burgers al pastor. In the clip, Valladolid jokingly tells Eater's Best Burger in DC creator Mendelsohn: "I think you know what you're doing. I think you should open a burger joint!" The show airs Saturday at 9:30 a.m. EST.
