Hey, James Beard Foundation, this is what Meshelle Armstrong thinks about you passing over her husband Cathal Armstrong for the fifth straight year of competing for the Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic award for his work at Restaurant Eve. Armstrong tweeted this photo Monday night after Philadelphia chef Michael Solomonov took the title instead. Tom Sietsema relayed her explanation in today's online chat: "Sometimes we're four stars and sometimes we're the Chipper!" (A reference to the casual chipper that rounds out the couple's restaurant empire.)
