Shake Shack Wait Time Updates; Ba Bay's Guest Chef Dinner

SHACK ATTACK—Friendly update: At 6 p.m., the line was 10 minutes long at Shake Shack. Another tipster says the average wait time for a burger, small fry and custard from the time of purchase was running at five to eight minutes as of 6:20 p.m. What else is happening out there, DC? EVENT PLANNING—Ba Bay is hosting the second in a series of guest chef dinners on Sunday, featuring PS 7's Peter Smith in the kitchen with the Vietnamese restaurant's Nick Sharpe. They'll be serving a five-course meal that includes cuttlefish noodles with lotus seed purée and a crispy duck confit.
