Though we're still waiting on an announcement about the opening of his restaurant Graffiato, Mike Isabella opened up his fridge this week to Brightest Young Things for a quick survey. What did they find? A lot of champagne, cheese, cured meats and citrus, but then hit paydirt upon opening the freezer stuffed with meats and a couple cartons of gelato. As the chef explains, "That vacuum packing thing is my wife's favorite home tool." [BYT]
