James Beard Award-winning chef José Andrés went on the Kojo Nnamdi Show yesterday to discuss his forthcoming pop-up restaurant, America Eats Tavern. Andrés told the radio host that he wants people to stop taking their food lightly and start asking questions like "why are you the ketchup I'm eating today," and "why are we eating eggs benedict for breakfast."
