Luke's Lobster Plans To Open Thursday In Penn Quarter

That was quick. In April, Luke's Lobster signed a lease in Penn Quarter for its first expansion outside of New York City and already — just one month later — the build-out is complete. Ben Conniff, co-owner of the Maine-style seafood shack, confirms that the space is all done and, pending final paperwork, will open on Thursday serving lobster, crab and shrimp rolls right near the Verizon Center.
