Restaurateur Cathal Armstrong's fish and chips joint is celebrating the holiday with half off a small cod and chips for customers who walk in and say the phrase, "I want a '1 & 1' — and it’s half the quid!" OLD TOWN—Restaurateur Robert Wiedmaier is celebrating the culinary influences that have inspired all five of his restaurants on Thursday night with a seven-course "full circle" dinner at BRABO. Wiedmaier will team up with the chefs from Brasserie Beck, Marcel's, Mussel Bar and, of course, BRABO, on the menu that includes quail and snails, veal tortellini, strip loin with braised short rib and more.
