If you haven't made your Memorial Day drinking plans yet, here's one to consider. The Washington City Paper reports that the local 3 Stars Brewing Company will launch its Syndicate Saison brew on Monday at 6 p.m. at ChurchKey. The beer is a collaboration with Delaware's Evolution Craft Brewing Company since 3 Stars' Takoma facility isn't up yet. They'll be releasing 15 kegs of the Syndicate to DC bars and restaurants over the next month. [WCP]
