The latest in local restaurant trends is apparently "to open up with an unmatched collection of, well, whatever someone else doesn’t already have an unmatched collection of." The Washington City Paper points out that newcomers Sax, El Centro DF and the soon-to-open Jack Rose are billing themselves as the District's largest suppliers of sparkling wine, tequila and Scotch, respectively.
