Today is great popsicle weather, which is good because NPR is giving away 500 of them this afternoon. The public radio station is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its program All Things Considered by giving out Pleasant Pops (local!) in front of NPR headquarters at 635 Massachusetts Avenue.
