MENU WATCH—Bourbon Steak's new pastry chef Brenton Balika has been making his own cheese for some time, but starting tomorrow it's going to be offered a la carte at the Four Seasons restaurant. There's going to be all kinds of cheese to be had, including Brie, Camembert, and goat, but the chef's signature cheese is a blue cheese named for its creator — Le Brenton Blu. [EaterWire]
TYSONS CORNER—Seasons 52 just opened its first DC-area location in North Bethesda back in April, but the Florida-based chain has just announced the opening date for its new Tysons Corner location. Seasons 52 will be opening its doors there on June 27, along with its menu that boasts zero items with more than 475 calories. [EaterWire]
