Chefs and Tattoos

tattoo-paradise.jpgApparently, Tattoo Paradise is the place to be if you're a chef. Dining Bisnow follows chef RJ Cooper to the Adams Morgan shop as the chef gets inked in honor of his soon-to-open Rogue 24. Owner Matt Knopp — who has tattooed chefs from Minibar, Vidalia, Bourbon Steak, Ba Bay and 701 — shares that pigs, cows, forks and knives are popular chef tattoos and says that he sometimes gets paid in food. Like the dinner he'll be having on Rogue 24's opening night. [DBN]
