Apparently, Tattoo Paradise is the place to be if you're a chef. Dining Bisnow follows chef RJ Cooper to the Adams Morgan shop as the chef gets inked in honor of his soon-to-open Rogue 24. Owner Matt Knopp — who has tattooed chefs from Minibar, Vidalia, Bourbon Steak, Ba Bay and 701 — shares that pigs, cows, forks and knives are popular chef tattoos and says that he sometimes gets paid in food.
