The sâuçá empire is taking its ever-continuing expansions into new realms today with the news of a new brick-and-mortar outpost in Arlington. ARLNow learns from owner Farhad Assari that he's planning on opening a sâuçá restaurant in the old Bob & Edith's Diner II space on Columbia Pike by the end of May. Meanwhile, the Meathead and La Gloria Mexicana trucks will be retired from the streets to allow Assari time to focus on the restaurant. [ARLNow]
