The newly opened Watershed had aimed to become Washington's power breakfast, but reality has apparently intervened. The City Paper visits the two-week-old hotel restaurant from top restaurateur duo of Todd Gray and Ellen Kassoff Gray and discovers they're no longer using an a la carte breakfast menu. It turns out more customers wanted breakfast to go, so now they've gone completely buffet. But this is Todd Gray we're talking about, after all, so it's the "Cadillac of hotel buffets." [WCP]
