A rep for the Union Square Hospitality Group confirms that the New York-based burger joint will at long last opens its doors on Tuesday, May 17 at 11 a.m. Based in the old Fuddrucker's space at the corner of Connecticut Avenue and 18th Street, Shake Shack will be open seven days a week — and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
