May 20 is your official launch date for Top Cheffer Spike Mendelsohn's new mobile deli, Sixth & Rye. A project of the Sixth & I synagogue, the food truck's Mendelsohn-approved menu is apparently kosher under Rabbinic supervision and features a smoked corned beef sandwich on rye, braided challah, Israeli couscous salad, kosher dill pickles and more.
