Tom Sietsema visited 14th Street's newest taqueria, El Centro D.F., for his First Bite column this week and the results are not so good. Though the critic concedes that at least his steak was properly grilled, Sietsema pans both the food and the fumbling service, writing that, "patrons of this sibling of the nearby Masa 14 might get the sense that the restaurateurs' interpretation of 'casual Mexican' is more relaxed than it ought to be."
