The Montana State Society is holding its seventh annual Rocky Mountain Oyster Festival — or more lovingly dubbed the Testicle Festival since these "oysters" are actually deep-fried bull testicles. They're all-you-can-eat for a mere $20! And that's not all. The event's Facebook page asks "Want more than balls for dinner? PENTAGON CITY—Then, on Sunday at 6 p.m., Harry's Smokehouse (the old Taproom in Pentagon City Mall) will celebrate its grand opening by hosting a burger battle. Chefs from DC Central Kitchen will prepare sliders that will go up against one another for both a judge's favorite and an audience favorite.
