H Street Great Street reports that retro restaurant/bar Toyland has shuttered in the Atlas District. Apparently, the restaurant lost its managing partners months ago and "by many accounts has not been the same since." In its stead, however, will be a new restaurant run by neighborhood residents — likely to open this summer. [HSGS]
