Top Chef All-Stars winner Richard Blais has been talking about bringing his Flip Burger Boutique to DC for quite some time, and — just in case you were worried — the plan is still on. The Washington Post talked to the Atlanta-based chef who confirmed that he's still hoping to open up in Washington and is close to signing a letter of intent. (Though he's not sharing where that space may be.) Blais also says that he plans to tailor the gourmet burger joint to its new location, adding that it "will have its own spirit." [WaPo]
