CHINATOWN—The Feast has some new details on Mike Isabella's Graffiato. The restaurant, which is still about two weeks away, will be the first in DC to have prosecco on tap — a $7 a glass Montelvini Prosecco. Those taps were due to be installed yesterday. [PLYWOOD]
ATLAS DISTRICT—Frozen Tropics gets the scoop on the new restaurant replacing Toyland on H Street, Big Board. They'll be serving "gourmet burgers and salads," but the point of interest here is the beer. The restaurant's name refers to Wall Street's ticker boards and, in keeping with the theme, beer prices will fluctuate like the stock market. Apparently, those prices will never go higher than the set menu price and will be based on whatever people are ordering the most. [PRE-PLYWOOD]
U STREET—Prince of Petworth spots a liquor license for a "seasonal neighborhood taco stand with outdoor seating" near Nellie's on U Street. Looks like the stand, El Ray, will be open late-night, too. [PLYWOOD]
