When he opened Fiola two months ago, Fabio Trabocchi made it clear that the restaurant was going after the power-lunching set. Now, apparently, they're also going after the carb-watching power lunchers. The Penn Quarter restaurant recently unveiled a $19 three-course, low-carb lunch menu, dubbed the Maria Menu after Trabocchi's wife. Meanwhile, Trabocchi and mixologist Jeff Faile just launched a new bar menu, introducing items like duck meatballs done "Parmigiana" style and a full cocktail list of Faile's own favorites (for example, an "Island Side-Car") plus his take on the classics.
