Though the roof deck at Jack Rose is already jumping, the whiskey-laden saloon is still about two weeks away from opening its main bar. Though a previous estimate was for a June 14 opening, The Feast gets the update that we can now expect the main level to be open sometime after July 4. They've also got their hands on the menu for roof's barbecue pit. [The Feast]
