WATERFRONT—The Washington Kastles start their season in just over a week and the finishing touches are being put on their new stadium. Mark Ein, team owner, and Jennifer Spatz-Martin, COO, gave Curbed a tour.

NATS PARK—The new outdoor seating area in the Miller Lite Scoreboard Walk has been designed to feel like an 'all-American backyard'. From these pictures, it looks like a high-class backyard with an HDTV to boot.

VIRGINIA BEACH—Virginia only has three Frank Lloyd Wright houses, but they are all stunning. One of them is for sale for $3.75M. See a full gallery of pictures, including the furniture that Wright custom designed to fit in his seventy-foot Great Room.

DMV—The builders that bring you luxury homes made from pre-fabricated components also provide smaller cottage-sized buildings for people who want a place to hangout in their backyard. If you buy one before the end of the month you can receive Ultimate Man Cave Pricing in honor of Father's Day which amounts to twenty-five percent off the sales price.

WATERFRONT—If the look at the new Kastles Stadium made you want more news from that part of the city, then check out this gallery of houseboats in the Southwest Waterfront as a part of Curbed Outdoors Week.
