In a mixed signals menu move, a new "healthy fast-casual" salad joint is opening up in Clarendon with cupcakes and beer. The Washington Post reports that Rabbit is headed to Clarendon Boulevard in late July, brought to you by the owners of Tangysweet and Red Velvet Cupcakery. They're featuring a line of signature salads, but will also be selling cupcakes from the Red Velvet location that's also opening up next door. [WaPo]
