Apparently all meals are power meals in DC because today it's Bloomberg coming out with a list of best places for business dining in our nation's capital. Rammy-winner Carmine's is nowhere to be seen on this particular list of power spots, which includes Old Ebbitt Grill, Charlie Palmer Steak, Westend Bistro and, more unexpectedly, National Harbor's Moon Bay Coastal Cuisine with all its conventioneers.
