METRO CENTER—Tomorrow is a big day at Ten Penh: It is the 11-year-old restaurant's last day in business. But to celebrate the years, they're going to be offering a ton of specials, including half-price wines and happy hour all day long. Draft beer will go for $2 starting at 6 p.m. For long-time fans, the restaurant is also bringing back old favorites to the menu. [EaterWire]
DUPONT CIRCLE—Prince of Petworth reports that the Dupont Tangysweet location is shuttering on July 31. Penn Quarter's outpost will remain open. [PoP]
ANACOSTIA—There were some false alarms yesterday about Big Chair Coffee shuttering in Anacostia. Though the shop is apparently not actually closed, the mystery persists as to why it has been actually closed for the past week, as determined by an investigative trip this morning. [ANA, WCP]
