Oyamel chef Joe Raffa shares some interesting statistics about the popularity of his grasshopper tacos with the City Paper today. According to Raffa, the Penn Quarter restaurant imports 15 to 20 kilos of Mexican grasshoppers a month — and they're among the top five most popular tacos on the menu: "When we run out, which we occasionally do, because supply lines between here and Mexico aren't always so reliable, people get angry.
