Starting at 6 p.m., the hotel is hosting Paws at the Park, a special dog-friendly happy hour to benefit the Washington Animal Rescue League. LOGAN CIRCLE—Yet another hotel is hosting yet another happy hour for the dogs on Wednesday, except this time it's a weekly thing that runs through September. The Helix Lounge's patio will play host to both dogs and their humans from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays for a Doggy Happy Hour offering $3 Yuengling and a $5 glass of wine or cocktail — a portion of the proceeds from which will go to the Shaw Dog Park.
