The Washington Post takes a look at the new hot dog cart and line of links that Red Apron Butchery's Nathan Anda launched last week at the Wharf Farmers Market. The cart, named Frank, offers five kinds of dogs (butchered in-house) made with pig fat — including one topped with brisket, slaw and pork rinds. Given that these dogs don't have ingredients from chemical companies, the Post deems Frank a game-changer for the DC hot dog scene: "It will raise the level of our hot-dog culture by a factor of a thousand, unscientifically speaking."
