DUPONT CIRCLE—Finally, a replacement for Porter's on 19th Street. The Washington Business Journal has it that Irish Whiskey is moving into the space. The folks behind The Mighty Pint will be running the new Irish pub. [PRE-PLYWOOD]

U STREET—Prince of Petworth takes a look inside Blackbyrd Warehouse, the latest project from the Hilton brothers that's supposed to open tomorrow. The Prince has got a photo tour of the cavernous space and finds out that there's going to be a raw bar. [POST-PLYWOOD]

SHIRLINGTONCheesetique's second location is moving right along, if their brand-new coming soon signage is any indication. [PLYWOOD]

FARRAGUT SQUARE—Kaz Okochi's Subway-inspired Oh Fish! will open on 19th Street "in the next few weeks," according to the Washingtonian. They've got the full menu, in which customers will mix and match fish, veggies, sauce, flavorings and toppings to make their own sushi rolls. There are also some signature maki, just in case that's too much pressure. [PLYWOOD]
