The Feast presses Matchbox group owner Perry Smith on all the speculation about his other concept, Ted's Bulletin. The concept is definitely a go for expansion, he says, but will it join Matchbox on 14th Street? "We'd love to bring Ted’s Bulletin there, but we haven’t signed a lease yet.
